I had the same problem, Dave. I downloaded
SetBrowser from www.pc-tools.net - to set
Avant as the default browser. Then you go back to the Search and type in ! which
reloads the app.
Try that - and if it doesn't work - try copying
Avant's IExplore to Aiexplore.exe - then rerun

I have exactly the same problems, except I'm running Avant Browser.
Everything else automatically starts up Avant except DQSD. You name it:
start / run www.msn.com, desktop shortcuts, outlook urls, etc - all start
up Avant. I've downloaded all the suggested files - set browser, slim
browser, made

I made the changes in LocalPrefs.js (restarted DQSD
with the !), tried the downloaded "Set Default Browser" and I wish I could
report a done deal - but it's no different.
Even with SlimBrowser (it's about the same though
it "seems" to be a bit slower). Ve
