You're definitely right on the menu chevron; it would be way better if it
was exchangeable as part of the theme. Is that doable in CSS only?
I personally think it looks cleaner without cursor:hand

Looks good. I think the installer should set the
proper css instead of making users have to mess with
manually setting it. Anyone up on NSIS and Windows
version checking? Is there a way in WinXP to
programatically figure out which theme is running?
