Richard, A replacement for the Drake blue filter material can be purchased from theater supply houses. The material is known as lighting gel and is available in numerous colors. Its thinner than what Drake used but can be doubled up. It can be purchased in large sheets and cut as required. I

Charles, There is a narrow blue filter strip wrapped around the very top of the S meter. The area closest to the lamp always fades to clear. Sometimes just flipping the blue strip around will be enough if you do not have any filter material. 73,
