One other experiment I made: I wrote a script to quickly toggle pp_dpm_mclk and
pp_dpm_sclk while playing a 3 fps video with
power_dpm_force_performance_level=manual. Could not reproduce the crashes that

This is still happening. It seems that these GPU need engine resets before bus
reset, similar to what was done for Fury and Polaris, but more extensive.
Temporary workaround (yeah sure) is to eject
