Hi Ronee,
Thanks for the feedback and testing! Out of curiosity, what web browser
are you using? I'm just trying to verify this bug -- the "Short
Description" field seems to appear for me in both Firefox and IE8. But,
it's very possible it's not showing up correctly in all web browsers.

This is not terribly important, however, the "Short Description" field under
Edit collection still does not show up for the XMLUI.
