It looks like we somehow ended up with "type" and "type-fr" fields. I
removes the type-fr field and everything seems to be back in order.

the registry, you got a dc.type there and can use the field below (it is
part of the default input form)
by just changing
type-fr
to
type
in the [dspace]/config/input-forms.xml.

Every time I try to submit something to a collection, I receive this error:
