Here is the error message I mentioned in my last message. Protodocument.xml exists, is owned by dspace:dspace, and has 664 perms. I verified again that IE7 pulls the IE6 CSS file with cocoon caching on, but works when caching is disabled. This error occurs when caching is off, and one clicks
