Dear
I noticed that when I make a customized copy of the
DIMDisseminationCrosswalk.java file in the /modules still the original
file is used.
So if I put my customized file at the original location all my
customizations work fine.
Is there anybody who had the same issue?
Is this normal?

Hi Sean
From what I understand the lift-date is calculated from the terms set.
See: http://www.dspace.org/1_6_2Documentation/ch05.html#N13421
I think the terms can be input as 1 year, 6 months, 1 month from submit
date.
Maybe thats how it works.
Cheers

Hello,
the default setter understands only a date string or the (configurable)
term forever. You can implement your own setter to use other terms,
e.g. to calculate the lift date based on time spans, for more details
see section:
5.2.17.2. Extending Embargo Functionality
of the documentation.
Hello Bryan,
If you are talking about the link URI that appears while browsing an Item

in dspace.cfg from webui.itemdisplay.default

Hi all,
We are still running into outofmemory errors, but these do not co-incide with
the RSS problems. At times that the RSS requests are made, other requests are
still being handled and the pages are shown. It are just the RSS requests that

Hi,
I'm trying to tie our CAS authentication into our Dspace instance. I've
added the CAS java class and updated the config file to point to the
Central authentication server. When I click on the login link I'm
redirected to the CAS login page, but when I enter the login method the

Francis,
That error does not seem to be related to OutOfMemory problems or even
database connection problems (especially since you said everything else
is working properly -- and only RSS feeds seem affected).
It's odd, according to the error message (and the lines that it
reports), it seems
Is it possible to run the batch import with contents files that include some
bitstreams for importing and some bitstreams for registering?
So far my attempts keep throwing java exceptions, and I want to make sure this
is possible before continuing to troubleshoot.
