Hi, you probably need to look at the log files to see where the error might
be. The main Tomcat log file (catalina.out) is a good place to start, on
many systems it can be found at /var/log/tomcat7/catalina.out but the exact
path depends on your setup. Next look at the DSpace log file, which will be
at [dspace-install-dir]/dspace.log.2017-03-23 (or whatever date you need).
