package. I have no problem when I set Firefox

I tested pre2 again, the is no $CONFIG{'HISTORY_HTMLIZE'} section in
webfrontend.conf.
NO Hebrew in the UI, and no language selection box.
I just reverted to rc2 until this is sorted out.
