Wikipedia ei ole missään asioissa lopullisen totuuden kriteeri. Tuo yksi
sana ei ole väärin ymmärretty tai huolimattomasti muotoiltu reliikki, vaan
aikanaan erittäin tarkkaan harkittu termi. DX-kuuntelun määritelmän
tarkoituksena on myös kertoa, mitkä radioasemat otetaan mukaan
Lyhenne DX on vanhoja sähkötyksen lyhenteitä ... ja tällähän esitetään vain
kuuntelun tavoite, eihän tuo DX-lyhenne koko harrastustamme määritä. Mutta
kannanottona 100 % OK.
Mutta tässä olisi suurempiakin haasteita. Puheenjohtajamme kirjoitus
jäsenmäärän kehityksestä viime Radiomaailmassa sai
Itse ymmärrän määritelmässä kaukainen-sanalla jotakuinkin samaa kuin
normaalin kuuluvuusalueensa ulkopuolella kuuluva. Pienellä
ULA-asemalla kaukainen voi siis olla esim. yli 30 km. (Ja isolla
lyhytaaltoasemalla sellaista ei olekaan ;-)
Sitä en edelleenkään ymmärrä mitä tekemistä SDXL:n

I've been hearing a station on 4752.0 each of the last several mornings in the
11:30 - 12:30+ time period. A bit too noisy around here to get an ID, but the
music sounds like Bangladesh Betar -- and they seem to have disappeared from
4750. Anyone have a positive ID?

There have been several in the DX Listening Digest yg. Seems like they heard my
advice to spread out the four 4750 stations to different frequencies; but 4752
is not far enough away. 4755 would be bad for Micronesia. 73, Glenn Hauser
