WARC Band authorizations have NOT occurred uniformly around the world.
HS is the only country I am aware of that has NOT authorized any of the WARC
bands for normal use. There have been some 'special' authorizations for
special events stations.
30M remains unauthorized in A4, CE?, VU, and 5Z.
They were trying to get licence for 30m but without any success so far.
Only a few stations are allowed to be active on 30m ,I suppose all with XQ prefix.
The group has an antenna and is ready to be on 30m but...

I have 3G0Y confirmed on 30m in 2001 so it does seem that 30m is authorised for
Easter isl. Maybe the current DXpedition has no antenna for that band...Steve, G3OAG
