I am not sure it is correct to make that assumption about dupe contacts. If you
have an ESP contact and the logs are not yet online, it is fairly normal to
work them again (or for the first time?). Once the logs are online, dupes
should not happen. My 20M CW,SSB,and RTTY contacts are not
