What changed is the DXCC Rules. See DXCC Rules, Section I, 1., s). Now, to
be on the Honor Roll, you need to be within ten of the top, not just within ten
of the top DXer. Since the Honor Roll is so defined, the Top must be all
entities.

While on the topic of DXCC HR Listings,
I'd like to see the Single Band DXCC Listings
based on Current Entities instead of lifetime totals.
I believe 'most' of the Top Guns use 'negative accounting'
i.e. number of Needed Entities as their measuring stick instead
of total entities.

It seems like I have read that you can check your current dxcc status
online, at the ARRL website. I went to the site, but cannot find the place
to do this. I suspect you must log in as an ARRL member, and then maybe
you have the option to check current (individual) dxcc status, is that
