You are one of the fortunate ones. Apparently my operating system had
some problems accepting the Virtual Java download. It always ran into a
problem.

online.
When I went there I saw the same "Java Aware" note and my brand new
computer offered
to help me download the "Virtual Java". I said OK and it started doing it's

I have always heard that MFSK16 utilized the default sideband for the band
used, such as USB in 20 and LSB on 40, etc. Last night, I was told that
MFSK, Hellschreiber and SSTV are always used on USB. Well, tonight on 40, I
found one MFSK QSO on upper and another on lower sideband.

A number of websites require that my browser be "Java Aware". It usually
offers to download a file to make me "Virtual Java", but when I select to
do the download, it encounters a problem and fails to do so (ereror
message). I have been struggling with this problem for over a year now
