Is anybody experiencing problems with the LoTW databases?
I worked Dave Summer as 4O3ZZ and he put his QSOs on the LoTW. The QSO
showed up that I worked him. After my application for credit, the QSO
was credited to my Challenge DXCC account but not to my DXCC account as

The logging program I use (TLF) doesn't support the 160 meter contest
so I entered my log info into the web form at http://www.b4h.net/
cabforms/. After submission, I received an error message back from
ARRL. It turns out that the form on that site is for the 2005

If the League is going to administer DXCC, or any other awards, let them
deal with the cheaters, and not censor information used by the rule
keepers.
