Has anyone had any luck getting a card from EP3HF? Can you just
pop a letter in the mail to Iran these days? All the ones I worked
years ago seemed OK (or had managers elsewhere.) But things are a
tad different now . . .
Assuming a card is obtained, does the DXCC Desk accept this on
