I just found
information that UA4WHX doesn't want U.S. dollars for qsling, only IRC's or
bureau. This is after qsling 4 previous operations over the last two
years, and no QSL's received. Anyone know if I can ever expect a
reply? Or would it be better to QSL again with IRC's?Tnx, Tim -

I've had many QSLs replied
to by Vlad via direct (with IRC) and by the bureau. Sometimes takes a while but
they come back.

I hope he's
answering QSLs ... haven't received anything after
several
tries over the last two years. With the current crop
of IRCs
expiring, maybe that will speed things up.

Good evening!
Vlad has been on an Africa trip for a couple of years, been home during
this time only a few days for a Christmas celebration. He will QSL when he gets
back to Russia, but he says he will visit some more African countries before.
Right now he is active as D20
Pirating is not very extensive, but it is a problem for DXpeditions, because
those unfortunate DXers who work a pirate often blame the DXpedition for
sloppy work. The K7C DXpedition is a good case in point: Quite a few DXers
told stories that we believe...they truly made a good QSO with "K7C" but t
A near-real-time log display like DXA would also lessen the need for
"insurance" QSOs... making it possible for the DX to get to more of the
little pistols.
