Historical agreement about Antilles.
Yesterday an important agreement has been reached between all involved parties
about independance of both Curacao and Sint Maarten per 1 July 2007. (see link
below in Dutch from Netherlands public broadcast NOS).
Both Curacao and Sint Maarten will become

Whether we are at the top, the bottom or somewhere in the middle of the
sunspot cycle doesn't matter. If it meets the criteria it should be added
to the DXCC list. If it doesn't then it shouldn't. At this point it is
