On 26 June 01 at 12:55 UTC I worked J97QBK on
21.295. Both DX Monitor and DX Explorer show this to be Juan de Nova
Europa. Does anyone have any info on this station. The direction did
not seem right for zone 39. Any info appreciated

There was some chatter a while back regarding difficulty in getting QSL
cards (to) from 5A1A
I just had my envelope returned marked return to sender without an
explanation. It appears it never left the US.
The envelope was intact and the IRC's where there.
I put $.60 standard air mail postage
