I was able to copy the FHIGH string from the IC-706 .rig file, and paste it
into the IC-746 .rig file, to fix the problem myself. Definitely something
that would need to be fixed by DX4WIN at some point, as the IC-746 operates
from 1.8 to 148Mhz.

The first time I tried to use the Sunrise/sunset window, I noticed that the
headings are reversed for DXCC entities, e.g. HS comes up with a short path
heading of 163? and a long path heading of 343?, just exactly backwards! My
local coordinates are entered correctly, grid square EN41fp. How do I
