[Dx4win] LOTW certificate renewal?

Apparently my former LOTW certificate is no longer valid. When I tried to upload new qso I got the error message 'no existing certs for qso'. Last time I uploaded qsos was in March 2006 and they appear at the ARRL website. How do I renew my certificate? I tried running TQSLcert and it shows my
