[Dx4win] Listing/Summary/LOTW Mismatch

Good Evening, I have been going nuts! After being inactive for a couple of years, I have decided to get up to date and get my logs and LOTW in sync. I had cleared all of the flags, got DX4WIN to match LOTW, saved the log. I happen to work a station. I went to check my logs after uploading them
