I brought this up a few months ago to see if anyone else was
experiencing the same problem. A couple of people responded to me. So
far I don't have a resolution. This appears to be a bug in DX4Win or the
rig file for the Yaesu FT-950.
What has been happening is that DX4WIN, when configured to l
ST0R just showed up in the LOTW confirming 7 bands. Yabahdahbadoo!!!

I have a lot of QSOs that I e.g. do not have the US state added, mostly
because they have been imported from a contest log program e.g. Win-Test.
I have purchased access to the QRZ database and I have downloaded and
installed the database.
I have tested that the F3 in DX4WIN is working.

I use com8 for ptt (file>preferences rts ptt)
com7 (different) for mmtty. To do this i run mmtty outside dx4win and put
under option>setup mmtty>tx com7
Also under misc com-txd
and works

Unfortunately, I am back to the same old problem.
Don't have COM-TxD (FSK) as a choice under TX Port in MMTTY.
Using WinXP and RigBlaster plus.
I get keying of the rig but only a carrier. Can some one point
me in the right direction, pse.
