[Dx4win] Export log

Dwayne, That makes it very easy. In the log entry window, under the LoTW menu, select Export to LoTW. This will open a window for you to name and save the file. Make sure you know where you put it. You may chose to clear the upload flags or not. The file you saved is an ADIF file, that TQSL
