There is an important feature in LOTW DXCC Award called DXCC QSL Download. In a ADIF format you can download the Credit Matrix details of the Awarded Credits. Why don't use it to check our DXCC application status Import ADIF and Check DXCC as CONFIRMED will be the solution. Isn't it? *73

The easiest way is just to use the LoTW-Export to LoTW each time, then allow it to turn off flag indicating that it needs to be uploaded. That way each time you upload it will automatically only upload those which are flagged for uploading. This does mean that you need to have your Preferences
