In DX4WIN Packet Window I right click and this time chose W3LPL. It asked
for my callsign. I entered it and when I clicked on Enter spots started
flowing.\
Next I chose LOCAL>CC User ,localhost:7300 and entered my callsign and hit
Enter.
The response was a pop up windoe:

Yes, Paul suggested that I delete the config.dat file and restart the

What version of DX4WIN? IC-775 appears to be supported in version
9.04 and probably earlier
