[Dx4win] Cannot open DX4WIN

Using ver. 9.0.4 1176 and Win 10 Pro I cannot open the program at the exception of the small window (top left of the screen) which shows file, Radio, Help). Clicking on File > Open brings the usual “Open log file” and the list of files nested within the “Save” sub-folder. All these files have a
