The export includes seconds but when I hand enter the time it's to the even
minute.
I'll try changing the export filter as you suggest.

The dx4win export filters export the logs with the time in seconds.
When you make a copy of that filter, and change the time format
not to uses seconds, you can filter out the second duplicates
by first deleting all QSOs (this preserves the group numbers you may
