You are free to think the new update is vaporware. Unlike you I don't
think Paul would make a statement that is a lie.

DX4WIN still is the best program to track my DXCC progress

I have been a DX4WIn user since version 1.07. Met Paul at Dayton when
he was working with Steve. (Already was a user at that point). I was
always one of the first to buy every major update, and recommended the

Log the QSOs as some mode that's allowed, such as TOR. Then edit the ADIF
file to change TOR to FT8 prior to uploading to LoTW.
It's important to use a mode that's three characters long - TOR, SSB, etc.
as that allows the change from "TOR" to "FT8" to be done
without having to change the
