In File>F2 key>optionns check only the first line
"Mark qso as confirmed"
and uncheck the second one
"Alert when confirming new band or mode"
When you need to submit for dxcc
you can choose reports>dxcc>submit
and dx4win will choose the qso's to submit and it will
change the flags to submit

I receive a lot of cards from the buro because I am very active contester. I
have now more than 200k QSOs in the log and I have been satisfied with the
program so far. When I answer the received QSL-cards I usually have a stack
of them on the table and I type them one by into DX4WIN. When I am typi
Along the same lines... I have a little trouble with the ergonomics when an
F8 fails to return the card due to it not being found...
At that point, if you enter another callsign to search for... it's in
modification mode for a completely unrelated record...
Sort of breaks the smooth flow of thing
Hello Guys,
after a lot of troubles with CT I am using now N1MMLogger for
contestlogging.
Since starting with this program and using it for more than 2000 QSO's now,
there where no problems after all. Importing the log into DX4WIN is easy.
The best thing is, that it is Freeware. You can find it
You may wish to consider Writelog as an alternative to CT (I have both by

It is perfectly stable under Windows XP Pro as it is with all Windows
platforms from Win 95 upwards. I consider myself a "serious" contester and
regularly have 2.5k QSO's upwards.

necessary to have a master log with all the calls together.
One log can be closed using the "X " in the logging window, then file-open-
(for an existing one) or file-new to create.
All callsigns then have their own log.
The issue of losing telnet spot connections has been discussed in a recent

When I use this exact same url in my web browser it updates every minute
but DX4Win ig

I can't speak to the technical success, but ARRL has been on the record for
some years that LOW will be free to log submitters. The
