Joe, Windows XP includes its own, built-in and automatic, time synchronization. You should not need any additional time synching programs when you are on XP. To set parameters in XP, double-click on the clock (lower right-hand corner of the screen) and select the Internet Time tab. -larry K8UT

Mel, you do need it under XP Pro if you want the capability to check multiple time servers, or if you don't want to install a third party fix to the WinXP Pro registry to change the 7 day interval for checking. AboutTime gives more options than XP's built-in time checker. Cliff K0CA -
