I use DX4win 6.02. The printed user manual version 6.0 refers to three conditions that will provide a DX Alert. They are: Adds to DXCC, New band or mode, New band/mode. However, the third New band/mode does not appear in the packet preferences. Right now I am set for New band or mode but would
