Although it is not obvious, you can now access that screen by simply clicking on the large callsign at the top of the QRZ.COM window. DX4WIN.TCP is the list of Telnet DX Cluster nodes. If you don't use the latest file, you may find that some nodes are unreachable. I updated DX4WIN.TCP on 15 December 2008. This is the version that was released with DX4WIN 7.07. I wasn't aware that RSGB was still issuing new numbers, I thought they had issued all the provisional numbers already. AS-199 seems to be the only one.
