Dennis, Once you have confirmed that VE7CC is talking properly to DX4Win per Jim's note below, there is one extra step I forgot to mention. There is a small box on the lower left in the Reject Announces/Dx Spots window called enabled, Be sure that box is checked. Also, make sure you are using
