I need some help with my TCP/IP connection to the cluster. When I click on a
cluster node that I have used for a long time the packet window screen is
blank and there is no connection. When I try another node I get an Apro
Error. Not sure what steps I take to correct the problem.

Terry,

Usually when I see the Apro error, I have lost my Internet connection.

Re: [Dx4win] Trouble keeping radio connected to dx4win

I am having trouble keeping my radio connected with dx4win. I am running it

connection is closed. I just started using the micro-ham interface III with

contests. I started using DM 780 for my rtty and psk31, but i also have to
have HRD connected to my radio in order to do that. Has anyone tried this
and if so have they gotten it to work. I have been using dx4win for about 13
yrs and didn't have any trouble till i wanted to start running digital
 modes.

Bob, it would be helpful if you mentioned the radio model and settings
(i.e. baud rate etc.)

There is no connection closed message, I think it says radio timed
out or something like that.

I have never had any problems keeping either ICOM or Yaesu radios
connected via the microHAM microKEYER (original) or microKEYER II. I
assume the USB Keyer III (?) you are using has the same hardware for
the radio interface.

[Dx4win] Logbook printing problem

2014-02-08 Thread William McEachern
I have the fields set for printing my logbook but the last field (far right
column in landscape mode) does not show in print preview and does not print. I
have played with print preferences and printer setup with no resolution. I have
a 1 inch or so margin on left and very little margin on right. The only way I
can print logbook to look the way I want it is to print to file then open and
format in Excel. The problem with this is I have to reformat every updated
file. Any suggestions?

Re: [Dx4win] EDIT (ADD) list of DX Clusters?

2014-02-08 Thread Dan Violette
And if you use the updater, create a local.tcp file and those will always
show up at the top of the list. They are included at the top when a new TCP
file is created. Dan, KI6X

Hi Luis,

Which clusters do you want to add? The DX4WIN Data Updater updates from
this list:

http://www.dxcluster.info/telnet/index.php

If there are nodes missing, please let me know so I can try to contact the
SYSOPs.
