When I moved DX4WIN from Win 7 to Win 8.1, I reinstalled DX4WIN, put in the license file and then run the Dx4WIN Updater made by AD1C. I have all my log files in Dropbox and I can access them from different computers. DX4WIN looks normal after that operation. Do you have some screen dump that
