I was going to create a new filter and inadvertently selected a blank
selection from the Import/Export Window.
I exited DX4WIN and reopened it. When I now select File - Import/Export
Filter, I receive a message saying an Exception has occured and Grid is out
of range . Hitting the OK button
After a bit of further searching I restored DX4WIN.IEP and the filters were
back. My backup version is dated Jan 26 2011 which I assume is the latest.

I believe there is no guarantee in step 3 that the selection of QSL's from
DX4WIN will necessarily match the selection of Pending Credits in LOTW. This
at least has been my experience. Because of this, I found that the only way
to reliably update the DX4WIN database was to list out
5 matches
