Don't recall seeing it mentioned...I might add that you DO NOT need to check the
box in the pull-down menu which "activates" contest mode, just enter the $$ in
"Text to add..." field. Again, not real intuitive, but I do think it is spelled
out somewhere in the manual.

It seems crazy that you have to put the $$ in every QSO... How do you import
it from a contest?

If you do an ADIF import, it will put the frequency there, at least I think
it did the last time I did it.

DX4WIN already allows you to save that information. If you go into
"contest" mode and set the "Text to add to QSO" note to "$$" it will put
the radio freq. into the "Notes for this QSO" field.

I've been using "$$" for quite some time but I've never seen the split
frequency entered, either when using an Icom 706MkIIG or an Icom 756 Pro
II. The Main VFO frequency is what's always there. Is there something else
that needs to be done to get the split frequency to be entered (if split
mod
It might be an Icom thing. My Kenwoods have always displayed split
frequencies correctly.

equency would make import/export easier...
Great program anyway... I don't think you'll be disappointed Mike...
