Each contest module in Writelog uses a different field name to represent the
state. It's designed for ease of use in exporting from Writelog/importing into
Writelog, not for exporting to a general-purpose logging program.
The best solution is to use one of the ADIF converters or edit the ADIF

Before you import your ADIF file use

I tried sending you a program called wl2dx4win.exe but the return
address was rejected. Do a search on the web for the program. It gets
the states into the ADIF file for loading into dx4win. The program is
self explanatory. Email me if you have problems.

This works great, especially if you leave the :2 after
the word state. :) Interesting thing, on the import
DX4WIN also puts the Name in the 1st Notes for QSO and
the Freq and QSO # in the 2nd Notes for QSO fields.
... I just used WordPad and the 'replace' function.
