Yup. I've been carrying a QSO for years that was credited to the wrong 
country by the DXCC desk. With each update of the cty file I have to 
manually change it back. The way I handle it is to put "EXCEPTION CALL" 
in the "Notes for this Call" field. After each new update is loaded I do 
a quick F8 and search for "EXCEPTION" and fix it again.

For some time I have been trying to have 4O5W, worked on 20 May, 2007, mapped 
to Serbia, from where it was actually located at the time, instead of 
Montenegro, which DX4Win stubbornly insists on doing.

I have tried, several times, to fix this within DX4Win but very obviously I

Could someone please guide me (and it would appear, given my track record on
