Re: [Dx4win] LOTW - DXCC QSL Download
That question on the LoTW site is important - there's a bunch of old QSLs from the days of paper records that don't have full QSO information. For example, I have some QSLs that are just "Mixed" credits for a given entity - no callsign, no date/time. Looking at that QSL will help figure out what's off for that QSL. 73, -Rick On Tue, Nov 28, 2017 at 8:23 AM, Rick Murphy wrote: > OK, that's strange. Re: [Dx4win] LOTW - DXCC QSL Download
Hello Rick - My understanding is that if ANY little detail is different in the two records, it will show up in the notfound file. If something important (band, mode, etc) is different, it will also have an X at the beginning of the line. Is that correct? I have had several calls appear in the .notfound file but they were all in my log and appeared to be correct. -- 73, Mike Cizek WØVTT -Original Message- From: dx4win-boun...@mailman.qth.net [mailto:dx4win-boun...@mailman.qth.net] On Behalf Of Rick Murphy Sent: Tuesday, November 28, 2017 07:23 To: William Liporace Cc: Dx4win@Mailman. Re: [Dx4win] LOTW - DXCC QSL Download
Find that call in the ADIF file you downloaded from LoTW. What is the time in that entry? Does the time match what you have in DX4WIN for that QSO? 73, -Rick On Tue, Nov 28, 2017 at 7:33 AM, William Liporace wrote: > I did a LOTW DXCC QSL Download. Because at the time that DX4WIN 8.05 was released, there was no ADIF standard for transferring award credits. There is now such a standard. Perhaps this is something Paul will add when he starts working on DX4WIN again. 73 - Jim AD1C -- Jim Reisert AD1C, , http://www.ad1c.us __ DX4WIN mailing list Home: http://mailman.qth.net/mailman/listinfo/dx4win Help: http://mailman.qth.net/mmfaq.htm Post: mailto:DX4WIN@mailman.qth.net This list hosted by: http://www.qsl.net Please help support this email list: http://www.qsl.net/donate.html
