Hold on, let's just give the administrators a few more
days wiyth the CVS issue at sourceforge and then we
can take it from there. Don't want to confuse other
users. I'll also need a few more days to pull things
together.

Cool, mine's on all night already, and I don't mind so much, I'm used to it
by now. I'll go ahead and get a CVS setup (first time for everything), just
in case. ;-)

A good idea indeed.
I would really like to get my hand on 3.0 and start porting my brains out..

Would it be of help to setup a temporary CVS until the SorceForge CVS is
setup, admin issues straightened out (it's been weeks now)? I have a mere
13kb/sec upstream on my cable modem, but I could get CVS setup on a Linux
box and send snapshots to my cable account's webspace for faster upstream.

In the meantime, would it be plausible to put an archive up on the web
somewhere? I could put it on my cable account if need be. I'm really
curious to get into the new code. Thanks.

Yes, some developers said they would attempt to port
the existing widgets to 3.0
Version 3.0 is completely different from 2.5 and is
designed to stream line more efficient use of the
available objects. It's much more slicker, slimmer and

Depends if the version Doug refers to was derived from 2.5.7 (hence 2.6) or
2.9 (which was split from 2.5.4 and hence leads to 2.9.x). Was there any
planned merger of these two strains? Porting widgets, etc.?

Let's us from hereon call it 3.0 alpha 1 (which is
actually 2.9.x) to avoid confusion. Agree?

Do you Yahoo!?
Hello All, For those of you who are might be interested the next version of DynAPI will support the following browsers: System RequirementsÂ
The DynAPI library files can be grouped into two categories: 1) Dynamic and 2) Non-Dynamic. The non-dynamic libraries (in theory) can be used in "Any Browser"
I've tested Opera v7 in bothe IE and non IE mode in
2.9 and it works great. Version 2.9 fully supports
Opera v7 and Opera v6 (with it's limitations)
