This happens because the dudes don't want to let me make simpleevents be
part of the DynLayer code and then you can support both EventListeners and
simple events on the same layer. With the extension it is only in the same
document. Not in the same layer because
JS dosn't support complicated even

Two requests:
1. Someone mentioned that when they tried making the windows/dynlayers
dragable winmng stopped working. What draging script are you using and how
did you set it up(best if you can send the src)
2. Someone mentioned a border factory. Is that still around or do I have to
