[Dynapi-Help] Dynapi layer positioning (help)

As far as I can tell once you are trying to do positioning within a table all bets are off. It seems to have to do with the cellspacing & cellpadding...which results in the positioning element reporting an incorrect position. If you have access to all the tables you can potentially make it
