In understand the confusion here, we're sort of transitioning to 
'fosscuda' and that's a hopefully clearer toolchain name than 'goolfc'.


The intention with 'fosscuda' is to stay close to the 'foss' common 
toolchain, and just add CUDA to the mix.


That will require making sure that'll work w.r.t. the (very recent) GCC 
version being used in the 'foss' toolchain though, since CUDA tends to 
lag a bit w.r.t. supporting the most recent GCC versions...


I'll let others (in particular Åke & Davide) chip in for further 
clarification...
