[Elecraft] K3: power measurement

I am just getting back into enjoying my K3 #328 after a hospital stay, and am confused by one aspect of the output power measurement. I suspect the problem lies with me rather than the radio, but I feel it is worth asking the question. Suppose I set the power output using the PWR control at 30W.
