I understand the desire for an 8 band eq. These seem to have fallen by the
wayside except for some dedicated stereo rack mounted stuff. Parametric eq
is available on most small 4-8ch mixer/mic pre units like my little
Behringer
I use it for headphone audio line out and it has a built in headphone
You might look at the Heil rx eq system

Hi Dave
Are you sure the PC serial port parameters match the k2? Even with USB,
when used with an adapter to 232, the port needs to be set.

It's showing up on the reflector. Kind of leading, no win question. But
I'm a suckered. Been using 1/2 wave dipoles for 60 years. What is the
question?

Win 10 should discover the converter cable by itself and you then just look
in device manager to verify the com port number it gets assigned. Set your
control software to that com port and all should then remain same. Serial
com parameters need to match of course.

I think it was a trend started in the Consumer Electronics market. Audio
stuff was never black. Except the black glass McIntosh equip. Others
began emulating the high end of the market to instill a "touch of
class". Sony, Yamaha, Denton, etc all followed suit. Most were always

than a poorly formed signal pushed out at higher power.

Not sure why, but there seems to be a lot of cranky folks spoiling for
an argument/fight lately...
Chill out, guys!

So you are saying that a coax outer braid is not at ground potential
when connected to the BNC? How does that work? All the adapter does
dis connect the binding post to the BNC shell---seems this ADDS another
interface to the path. What am I missing Don?

Good Morning All:
Does anyone know if the EC-2 project cabinet is still available? I see
info on it on the site but no info as to ordering one. Want to put a
Panadapter into one.
Thanks,
Curt
