K2 S/N 0539 is doing very well. I use it everyday and have put very few

fortune in it with all but the 60m option in place (notice I did not say

What happened to the bands today? I hear almost nothing. I did hear, and
work, ZF2AH this morning on 17m, but nothing else until this evening when I
called CQ on 7.055 and I got TI2RDP responding to my call.
I did notice the A index was at 70 this morning and has fallen to 10 at 0636
UTC.
I read where the KAT100 requires the KIO2 module to control the auto tuner,
which I have. How do I connect the KAT100 to the K2 and still use the KIO2 for
rig control?

Some time back I saw a K2 with a carry handle mounted on the right side.

You are suffering from Elecraftitis. Don't worry, it's not fatal, but can be

My K2 has lost all TX RF output. I replaced the driver, finals, and bias
transistors and still have no RF output. I no longer have access to a scope,

I've gone through the troubleshooting in the back of the manual, but that did

Now if I can only get my K2 transmitting again, I would be in business.

Ok, I've read about the PAC-12 antenna and I'm almost convinced to get/build

It's a short vertical, right?
What is its performance?
It's got to be a compromise, right?
Would a larger coil diameter with wider spacing between the winds improve
