Elecrafters,
I subscribed as a tester for the Macro Switch Customization, only to
find , after recovering from the CQ-WW, that other testers were very
busy creating and testing macros. Even the Manual has been updated
already. Wow!
So the macros i created are already there , slightly different,
Nice new feature! Makes the K3 an even more versatile and user-friendly DX
machine!
Installation went smoothly, except previous assignment of macros SPLIT/SUB
on/off to PF1/PF2 was erased in the process and function switches changed to
the MIX commands...
Assigned the SPLIT macros again and now
Amazing, is there no limit to what this radio can be made to do!
This new feature installed without problems and no change to previously
assigned PF1 /PF2/ M1 for Split+1/Split+5/Cleanup macros.
Thanks to all at Elecraft really impressed with this radio.
